The Brazos Mutual Domestic Water Consumer Association is incorporated under the New Mexico Sanitary Projects Act and is governed by Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. The Articles of Incorporation are filed with the State of New Mexico and, in general, remain unchanged. Changes to the By-Laws require approval by the members at a meeting of the Association. The Rules and Regulations are formulated by the Board of Directors and may be changed as required by the Board. All members should be familiar with all of these documents, particularly the Rules and Regulations that govern the day-by-day operation of the water system.
